Corte & Café by Men’s Corner Coffee
Every bag of Corte & Café coffee is roasted fresh to order. This policy explains our shipping process and how we handle returns or issues with care, transparency, and integrity.
Shipping Policy
Orders are custom-crafted and processed on business days only. Typical order-to-ship time is 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping methods are selected automatically based on order size to ensure safe delivery:
• 1 × 12 oz bag: USPS First Class
• 2–8 bags: USPS Priority Mail
• 9+ bags: Ground carrier service
Delivery typically occurs within 1–5 business days after shipment. Tracking is provided once your order enters the shipping process and may briefly show pre-shipment while roasting and packing.
Return & Replacement Policy
All coffee sales are final due to freshness and food safety standards. Coffee products are not returned.
If an issue occurs, we focus on prompt replacement when appropriate.
If an error occurs due to incorrect information provided at checkout, replacement and shipping costs apply. If we make an error with your order, we will replace the coffee and shipping at no cost. For carrier-related issues such as damage or loss, we will work with you to find a fair solution.
